Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a shop, or otherwise using Fetchd (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Fetchd (“we”, “our”, “us”). Using the Service on behalf of a business means you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Fetchd is an AI discoverability platform for marketplace sellers. We help you make your shop listings visible to AI assistants and search tools — so that when a shopper asks an AI for a product recommendation, your items have a chance to be found and recommended.

To do this, we import your listing data from connected marketplaces (such as Etsy, Shopify, and eBay) and generate AI-readable product pages on your behalf. We also provide analytics showing which AI platforms are discovering and recommending your products.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at legal@fetchd.shop.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Accounts are non-transferable — you may not sell, transfer, or share account access with others.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Fetchd offers paid subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your credit card or payment details. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (monthly or annual).

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Each subscription tier includes a cap on the number of listings that can be synced. If your shop exceeds the cap for your tier, additional listings beyond the limit will not be synced until you upgrade. We will provide notice when you are approaching your limit.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Fetchd connects to third-party marketplaces via OAuth. When you connect a shop, you grant us read access to your listing data (titles, descriptions, images, prices, and related shop information) for the purpose of generating AI-discoverable pages. We do not place orders, modify listings, or take any write actions on your marketplace account unless explicitly stated.

Your use of connected marketplaces (Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and others) is also governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or policies that may affect the Service.

You may disconnect an integration at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting removes your public product pages within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Sell counterfeit, prohibited, or fraudulent items
  • Artificially inflate analytics data or engage in click fraud
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

7. Intellectual Property

Fetchd owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, AI-generated page templates, and analytics infrastructure. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

You own your listing data. By connecting your shop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your listing content (titles, descriptions, images, prices) solely to provide the Service — specifically, to generate and host AI-discoverable pages on your behalf. We will not sell or license your listing data to third parties.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in full how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in that policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI platforms will discover or recommend your listings — results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetchd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing period and removes your listing data and product pages within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. In serious cases (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), we may terminate immediately without refund. In less severe cases, we will try to give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
